WHO CAN DO GYMNASTICS?

Anyone healthy can do basics gymnastics. Now, we are not talking about Olympic level, but front rolls, head stands, hand stands, can be learned pretty quickly by anyone who keeps in good shape.

Fitness athletes, whose level of fitness is usually above average, will be surprised at how well they can learn the different moves and skills.

The important thing is to start gradually and to make sure you "feel safe" when you try a new move. So using crash mats is a great way to get over that fear. Bear in mind that any acrobatic skill pose a risk, so you will most likely experience falls and bad landings, so warming up is a must.

I am an experienced certified level 2 Gymastics trainer, but I am not
an experienced gymnast, so I get help from another trainer to assist
me in the execution of more difficult and challenging moves...
I suggest you do the same.

So find a reputable gymnastics club in your area and ask them if they
offer private classes, an then get to work!!!
