TOP FIVE GYM MOVES FOR BEGINNERS
(From the easiest to the most difficult)
1. Front and back rolls
Tip: keep your weight on your arms and keep your head tucked in
2. Bridge
Tip: start by keeping your hand and feet further apart and bring them closer gradually
3. Head stand
Tip: in front of a wall, make a triangle with your hands and forehead; keep most of your weight on your hands
and arms.
4. Hand stand
Tip: Start with your back against the wall, stretch your body upwards, keep your abs and glutes contracted,
keep your legs together and point your toes.
5. Cartwheel
Tip: Stretch all your motions as far forward as possible, and open up your split as much as you can.
