Group classes
*Packages are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of
purchase and must be paid in full at the beginning of the first
session or consultation.
** $30 Additional fee, paid once a year, required for gymnastics facility insurance purposes.
ALL DUE FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SESSION OR CONSULTATION.

Personalised training programs
Initial assessment:
- Evaluation of your physical condition (includes, at client's discretion, weight, body fat percentage, body measurements,
resting heart rate, blood pressure and flexibility/strength)
- Evaluation of your nutrition habits and knowledge
- Determination of your goals
- Determination of your training schedule
Training programs:
- Personalised 4 to 5 weeks duration training plan
- Nutrition guidelines
- Explanation and demonstration of proper execution of exercises and techniques
- Short meeting for me to gather your feedback and new measurements, and to re-adjust short term goals, if necessary,
at the end the 4-5 week period.
Personal training sessions (at your home or at your gym)
- 1 hour of one on one training at your gym facilities or in the comfort of your home
- Session is molded to your taste and needs
- Intensity and difficulty will vary according to your level of fitness and capacity to adapt
Fitness competitor preparation training
- 1 hour of one on one training for Fitness competitors
- Strenght moves conditionning, flexibility, choreography, stage presentation practice,

Groups gymnastics for Fitness (beginners)
- Groups of 4 to 6 adults
- 1 hour gymnastics training specifically designed for Fitness Competitors - at Club Jeune Aire, LaSalle
- No previous gymnastics background required
- Basic skills learned : Rolls, hand stand, cartwheel, bridge, jumps, strenght moves,
flexibility, conditionning, and more!
Group gymnastics for Fitness (advanced)
- Groups of 4 to 6 adults
- 2 hours gymnastics training specifically designed for seasoned Fitness Competitors - at Club Jeune Aire, LaSalle
- MUST be able to execute correctly the following : hand stand, cartwheel, bridge,
good splits, basic strenght moves and jumps.
- Advanced skills learned : roundoff, front and back handspring, front and back
somersault, tumbling, complex jumps, advanced strenght moves, specific flexibility,
Gymnastics private sessions
- 1 hour of one on one gymnastics training at Club Jeune Aire, LaSalle
- Specific lessons for all levels
- Includes flexibility work, learning new techniques, perfecting moves, etc.
Kettlebell private sessions - beginners
- 1 hour tailored kettlebell training
- Learn the basics of this convenient and high calorie burning training technique
- Includes swings, presses, lifts, endurance routines and bodyweight exercises
